This is a CD developed by James Davis and Steve Jones to help musicians improve their sense of timing and arrangement using a simple click track. The CD incorporates three basic arrangements - Blues, Rock and Jazz -and provides 4 different tempos for each. The gaps are positioned to check both the player's accuracy in timing and ability to know where he is within an arrangement. Simple in concept, it is deceptively hard to achieve, so it demands a lot of self discipline.
